Detection principle.
 
When testing, the cylinder specimen is set on the rotating cylinder, and the nail hammer suspended by a chain is placed on the surface of the specimen. When the cylinder rotates at a constant speed, the nail hammer will randomly flip and jump on the surface of the specimen and hook the specimen to produce a hook on the surface of the specimen. After a specified number of revolutions, the specimen is rated against the standard sample for the degree of hooking. Two stations and four stations are available.

Caution.
 
1, the average value of the experiment, if not a whole number, revised to zui nearest half level.
 
2、 The difference between the rating results of each piece of specimen should not exceed half a grade, otherwise the level of each specimen is reported separately.
 
3、 If the new cork liner is installed in the rolling box, it should be put into the empty tube for 200 hours before use.
 
4, the cork liner can be wiped with a small amount of methylated alcohol.
